I’m Gabrielle, a scientist and artist dedicated to rekindling humanity’s bond with the living planet.

Inspired by my grandmother, a pioneering microbiologist who helped shape modern handwashing techniques, I grew up believing that women in science can change the world. Her legacy taught me that care, precision, and curiosity can save lives, and that those values belong just as much in the field as in the lab.
I’ve followed that philosophy across the globe. With a degree in Marine Biology and years of field experience, I’ve worked with conservationists, creatives, and scientists to connect communities to the ecosystems around them. Through travel and work aboard yachts, I built an international network of environmental leaders and innovators, including teams from 4Ocean, Mang, and marine biologist Shelby Thomas, who patented groundbreaking coral restoration techniques.
I believe adaptability and resilience are nature’s greatest strengths, and ours too. Like the ecosystems I’ve studied, I’ve learned to grow through change, collaborate under pressure, and use creativity as a survival tool. My life goal is simple but ambitious: to help make our planet as biodiverse and resilient as possible.

Participated in seagrass monitoring and core sampling in Devon and the Isle of Wight for a David Attenborough documentary project. Investigated impacts of sewage pollution and helped collect data for restoration efforts.

Working on yachts allowed me to connect with global conservation leaders, from National Geographic videographers to Dr. Shelby Thomas, 4Ocean, and Mang, honing my skills in networking, relationship building, and turning partnerships into meaningful environmental action.

Jumped from 15,000 feet to raise £5000 for mental health awareness, proving that when it comes to making an impact, I’m not afraid to take the leap.

To unite art, science, and community engagement to grow biodiversity, inspire participation, and restore the resilience of the natural world.

I believe the most powerful conservation tool is human connection. Whether I’m designing a campaign, leading an event, or talking with strangers in a café about mangroves, I know how to make people care.
I’m skilled at giving a strong elevator pitch, tailoring complex environmental ideas into clear, emotional stories that inspire participation. As a fine artist, I use visuals and storytelling to celebrate the wonder of plants, fungi, and ecosystems, helping people see how nature benefits their lives directly.
